 The French Bouchot Mussel Ready to Cook.
Fines Marines, our own brand created in 2002, is a selection of our best Bouchot mussels. A Quality Charter has been specially made out to certify our commitments in terms of product quality and cleaning. We impose on Fines Marines some strict measures for shell size and colour as well as for texture, colour and percent of meat.
Harvested when they reach the top of their flavour, they are tender, plump and tempting : the " Fines Marines " are a delicious gift of the sea !
